How many images will you take on our wedding day
There is no set limit on the amount of images taken on your wedding day. Weather permitting, we will take on average between 200 to 300 images. Some of these images are duplicates to ensure we get the most pleasing expressions, i.e. eyes closed or bad expression will be deleted.
What happens if you are unable to do our wedding through illness
As a member of the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers a replacement photographer will be provided to cover your wedding.
How much time do you require to take the photographs
Your big bay should be stress-free and memorable so we aim to ensure you get to enjoy the time with your guests. We usually require up to two hours at the photo location. Any remaining photos required can be taken at the reception venue.
When do you require payment
A 25% deposit of your wedding package cost is required to secure your wedding date, the balance is then payable two weeks before the wedding. You can spread the expence of your wedding through our new Easy Payment Scheme towards any of our wedding packages, credit vouchers can also be purchased from the online shop.
Do you charge mileage allowance
A small mileage charge £0.45p per mile is payable if your wedding is not within a radius of thirty miles
Do you travel outside Northern Ireland
Most of the weddings we do are Northern Ireland based, if you wish to book me for a wedding in the Republic of Ireland or the UK I would be happy to quote a price for my services and expences.
How long will it take to receive our album
You will receive your album one month after your wedding leaving all the album design and image selection to us. If however you want more control over the album design it can take up to two months. You select the images you want from disc or contact sheets, then an appointment is arranged at the studio where you can view your album onscreen. Up to five amendments can be made to the page layouts or images before committing your images to print. If you want to upgrade your album by adding extra images and pages you can do it at this point.
Can we purchase the images not used in the album
Images not used in the album can be purchased through the studio or online from your own personal gallery.
Can we copy the images in our album
All images are copyrighted to the photographer and by law cannot be copied in any manner without the permission of the photographer. All images can be purchased at very reasonable prices and discount applied if orders are received within one month of receiving your album.
